We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Personalization) Developer with experience in retail e-commerce to enhance our customer engagement strategies. This role requires a strong background in SFMC Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), expertise in React.js, and a deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and real-time personalization.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) to drive real-time, 1:1 customer experiences.
- Design and build dynamic, personalized web and email experiences leveraging SFMC, AMPscript, SSJS, and APIs.
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to integrate SFMC Personalization with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and other platforms.
- Develop and optimize React.js components for personalization use cases such as dynamic product recommendations, content customization, and A/B testing.
- Implement and maintain data integrations between SFMC, CDPs (e.g., Adobe), and analytics tools for real-time tracking and insights.
- Leverage REST and SOAP APIs to connect SFMC with various digital touchpoints and external databases.
- Monitor and optimize personalization rules, segments, and user journeys for improved engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, and analytics teams to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Personalization, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
- Hands-on experience in React.js and front-end development for e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of personalization and segmentation strategies in a retail/e-commerce environment.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and data integrations between SFMC and external platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript (SSJS) for custom email and web personalization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or other e-commerce CMS is a plus.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or CDPs for data-driven personalization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
