Your Mission

As a Junior Digital Marketing Manager at SPARETECH, you'll dive into the exciting world of B2B marketing, where your creativity and analytical skills will help shape our digital presence. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll get hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive real business results.

We offer you the opportunity to

• Website Management & Optimization: Manage updates, improvements, and maintenance of the corporate website to drive inbound traffic and lead generation and improve user experience
• CRM Management: Oversee marketing-owned CRM processes in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, and data optimization, while supporting the team with day-to-day tasks such as managing email newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns
• Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to ensure assets (blog posts, white papers, case studies, etc.) are effectively showcased on the website and optimized for SEO
• Project Coordination: Support day-to-day marketing initiatives, working closely with your product marketing, content marketing, and field marketing colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Tech Stack: Develop a working understanding of the overall marketing and sales tech stack to facilitate data integration between marketing and sales teams
• Performance Reporting: Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance metrics across the website, campaigns, and lead engagement

Become a part of our team if you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• An understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and website management tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Nice to have: Proven experience in SaaS digital marketing, and website/CRM management
