Sales Representative

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday.

Starting Salary: $52,000 per year.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Sales office.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
• Manage multiple calendars, schedule tours, and coordinate meetings.
• Input data in Welcome Home (CRM), and prepare reports.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Conduct tours as needed.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• Senior housing and/or administrative background preferred.
• Must be highly organized, focused, and motivated to work.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Proficient computer skills, verbal and written, and routinely follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporate operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service focus.
• Promote Spectrum in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior.
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.
