Spiria is seeking a Bilingual Senior Support Developer to join our Applications Managed Services (AMS) team. This role goes beyond coding—you will act as a trusted technical advisor for our clients, managing post-production maintenance, development, and support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
As a Senior AMS Developer, you will: - Collaborate directly with clients to review, discuss and resolve technical issues across multiple projects daily;
- Write, modify, review, optimize, and debug code across various technologies;
- Assist in testing and quality control activities;
- Manage and resolve client support cases, ensuring timely and effective solutions;
- Document and communicate incremental product improvements to enhance client applications;
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with clients and internal teams;
- Display flexibility and good judgment, shifting between multiple technologies and clients throughout the day;
- Self-manage time and priorities, balancing client requests with internal initiatives such as backlog work, app documentation, and skill development.
The keys to your success: - 5-8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on client-facing collaboration;
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) – this is essential for client communication*;
- A strong understanding of business needs, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client goals;
- Professional programming experience in at least two or more of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, C#, Kotlin, Swift, etc.
- Independence and problem-solving skills—you’re resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing to team success while working autonomously.
- Strong communication and planning skills, ensuring clarity and efficiency in client interactions.
