Business Development Analyst (m/f/d) RevOps

As part of the Business Development Team, we are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our Team. You will play a critical role in driving our business strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to our long-term growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of aligning our business goals with operational excellence.’’ Develop Business Plans and Revenue Models: Support the creation of comprehensive business plans for new content and products, incorporating direct revenues, secondary revenues, and halo effects. THE CHALLENGE:

• Develop and execute Sales strategies (incl. Business Plans & Revenue models) that align with the company’s overall business goals.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across departments such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to drive performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead or contribute to business initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Provide insights and recommendations for business optimization and growth opportunities.

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), Power BI is a plus
• Proven experience in the field of financial analysis, reporting or data analytics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence key stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, data analytics platforms).
• Hands-on ability and a real team player!
