An early-stage, pre/Series A B2B AI startup seeking a strategic and hands-on SVP of Sales to lead our growth across the Americas. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling revenue, building and developing a lean but high-performing sales team, and driving market expansion through both direct and channel sales.
You’ll work side-by-side with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that establish us as a category leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the sales strategy for the Americas, aligned with our aggressive growth goals
- Lead and scale a small, entrepreneurial sales team—hiring, coaching, and empowering top performers
- Drive end-to-end revenue generation: outbound strategy, pipeline creation, forecasting, and closing
- Partner cross-functionally to align product positioning, marketing campaigns, and GTM strategy
- Identify and grow strategic accounts while expanding into new verticals and regions
- Cultivate and manage key partner/channel relationships to increase reach and impact
- Attend major trade shows and industry events to evangelize our offering and generate pipeline
About You:
- A proven B2B SaaS or AI sales leader with executive-level experience and a repeatable enterprise sales playbook
- Skilled in building and scaling high-performing sales teams in fast-moving startup environments
- Comfortable leading cross-functional efforts and operating hands-on when needed
- Experienced in managing complex sales cycles and growing key customer accounts
- Data-driven and goal-oriented, with strong forecasting and operational discipline
- Adept at channel sales and strategic partnerships (a plus)
- Willing and able to travel across the US for client meetings, conferences, and internal offsites
