Reporting to the Manager of Digital Analytics, the Junior Data Analyst, Digital Analytics will be at the forefront of shaping how we engage with Square Enix’s players and fans in their journey of discovery of our games and franchises. By harnessing digital marketing analytics tools and a passion for understanding user journeys, they’ll uncover the stories written behind the data and deliver impactful insights to optimize our campaigns and create unforgettable out-of-game experiences. Through partnership with eCommerce, publishing, marketing, and digital experience teams, they’ll support strategies designed to strengthen fan engagement and improve our reach and communication with players.
The Junior Data Analyst will be analyzing multiple metrics related to user acquisition, conversion, and consumer engagement throughout our campaigns and digital initiatives, with a focus on the purchase journey and eStore experience.
