Call Center Agent (English)
- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High School diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
