We are seeking a content creator to produce and manage high-quality, engaging content that captures the essence of our brand and connects with target audiences. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission of globalizing Egyptian brands and driving our company digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and experience in producing content for multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement creative content ideas aligned with marketing strategies.
- Write, edit, and publish engaging, SEO-friendly content, including blogs, articles, and website copy.
- Produce multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and animations, to enhance user engagement.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, by creating, scheduling, and posting content.
- Analyze trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Cultivate an engaged online community by interacting with followers and addressing inquiries.
Video & Graphic Production:
- Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling assets for campaigns.
- Produce and edit videos tailored to platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Use performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI on content efforts.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content initiatives with broader goals.
- Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and promotions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce or startups.
- Proficiency in content tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities with an eye for detail and quality.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
