Budgeting Specialist Lead the financial planning, pricing, and margin analysis for projects and events. This role is critical in ensuring accurate budgets, competitive pricing, and effective margin management. The ideal candidate will also review client RFPs to develop tailored pricing strategies and collaborate with internal departments to ensure all financial aspects of the projects are aligned with company goals.

Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or financial analysis for projects.
Experience in project-based industries (e.g., construction, IT, events, or engineering) is preferred.
Other:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and project management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex financial information.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align budgets with project and organizational goals.
