Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and approach potential importers, distributors, and wholesalers in key export markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers to close deals effectively.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective leads through market research and industry connections.
Market Research & Strategy:
• Stay updated on global market trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the frozen food industry.
• Identify emerging markets and opportunities to increase market share.
• Work with management to develop export sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide clients with product specifications, samples, and necessary documentation for import procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to maintain long-term partnerships.
Logistics & Export Coordination:
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
• Coordinate with export documentation teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Monitor and track shipments and delivery schedules to ensure smooth export operations.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Track and analyze sales performance, margins, and revenue growth for assigned markets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in the frozen food industry.
• Experience in B2B sales, international trade, and market expansion.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle international clients.
• Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations.
• Ability to identify and analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitors.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and online B2B platforms like Tridge, Alibaba, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Language Skills:
• Fluent in English (additional languages like French, Spanish, or German are a plus).
