Managed Service Provider

Job Overview: As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) at Staff4Me, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive IT services to our clients, particularly in the hospitality sector. Your primary role will involve managing client IT infrastructures, ensuring system performance, providing technical support, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Systems Monitoring and Management:
    • Monitor client IT environments to ensure reliability and performance.
    • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact clients.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide timely support for technical issues, in both remote and onsite capacities.
    • Document and track support requests through the ticketing system and maintain thorough documentation for resolution actions.
  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage IT infrastructure solutions, including networks, servers, and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
    • Implement updates and upgrades as necessary to keep client systems current.
  • Project Initiation:
    • Participate in projects involving the implementation of new technology solutions for clients.
    • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Assist clients in developing IT strategies aligned with their business goals.
    • Provide recommendations for technology improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Proven experience as a Managed Service Provider or in a similar IT support role.
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
