We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented process analyst who will help mature our Information Technology Support Operations.
As an IT Process Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in our current processes, developing and implementing new data-driven strategies and procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of the new procedures. You’ll spend part of your time hands-on with IT support tasks to gain insight on inefficiencies and gaps in documentation and data collection. Additionally, you will conduct process audits and collect feedback to ensure the effectiveness of the new processes and provide training and support to the team members to ensure that best practices are followed.
What You Will Do- Conduct thorough data analysis and process mapping to identify obstacles, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in current IT processes and workflows
- Develop and implement optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with stakeholders to design initiatives aligned with organizational goals and ensure understanding of proposed changes
- Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
- Assist with team responsibilities including onboarding and asset management tasks as needed to gain understanding of current operations

What You Will Bring- 2+ years of experience in process analysis or project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret data
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
- Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques
- Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Standout Candidates Will Bring- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL
- Relevant certification in process management, project management, or a related field
- Experience in project management and change management
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence)
- Experience in IT support or a related technical field (NOTE: maybe put in main Qualifications)
