StarCompliance is seeking a highly skilled, critical thinking Application Support Engineer (SQL Expert) to join our expanding Technical Services team. In this lead analyst position, you will primarily provide technical expertise for the level 2 application support team along with proactive application/database monitoring and issue resolution.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web applications using your extensive knowledge of co-located and cloud environments and will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering a best-in-class client experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and previous experience of web application support using Microsoft technologies (IIS/MSSQL) and a proven track record of successfully operating within technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Services are an integral function within StarCompliance and work directly with Client Services, Professional Services, Product, Relationship Management and Sales. Technical knowledge is paramount for this position alongside deep critical thinking and an ability to methodically assess, direct or resolve issues which may not have been encountered previously. Successful candidates will need to be passionate about the StarCompliance brand identity and understand the solutions that the company provides.
