Role Overview

As an SDR at Stigg, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic go-to-market team. You will be responsible for prospecting, generating qualified sales leads, and building meaningful relationships with potential customers. 

The ideal candidate is driven, inquisitive, and eager to engage in technical conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.

What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Research & Outreach: Identify and engage prospects in targeted accounts via multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Decision-Maker Engagement: Identify key decision-makers and champions within large enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct high-level discovery calls to understand prospect goals
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to craft effective lead-generation strategies and sales materials.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly meeting and lead generation targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on SaaS industry trends and developments to engage prospects with relevant insights and solutions.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a sales or relevant role, with a proven track record of success and high performance.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, especially when engaging with technical audiences.
  • Growth Mindset: Self-starter who thrives on feedback, embraces challenges, and constantly seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating dynamic environments, quickly adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
