Responsible for customer service operations to include the entry of new accounts in the inventory system, receiving, and initiating orders from customers and sales representatives
Responsible for providing order shipping information to customers and sales representatives, and assisting with escalation when delivery exceptions occur
Responsible for communicating with customers and sales representatives through various channels
Responsible for the initiation of product returns and transfers following regulatory requirements
Responsible for receipt and initiation of customer complaints, providing all applicable information to regulatory
Maintain the inventory database as needed, to include maintaining and updating existing customer accounts as needed
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Perform clerical duties, maintain files, etc.
Create, edit, and update documents and spreadsheets
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree with (2-3) years of customer service or office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge and understanding of customer service responsibilities, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, in addition to organizational and planning skills.
