If you are passionate about education and making an impact on the lives of children, you should join our Early Childhood Education team. We are dedicated to empowering childcare professionals through specialized teacher training programs. We are looking for a Sales Specialist who excels at relationship-building and customer problem-solving. 


In this role, you’ll play a vital role in connecting child care center directors and key decision-makers with our transformative programs and products. Using your excellent communication and selling skills, you’ll engage prospects across phone, email, chat, and SMS within your assigned territory. Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell online training programs to child care centers within your territory using modern sales techniques to increase market presence. 
  • Prospect new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies, introducing our specialized training programs. 
  • Handle inbound inquiries from decision makers, guiding them toward enrollment and helping them explore training options. 
  • Communicate effectively across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, SMS, and email. 
  • Listen actively to understand the needs of early childhood education centers and demonstrate how our training programs can help meet their goals. 
  • Stay up-to-date on Early Childhood Education programs and regional and state regulations. 
  • Help early childhood education centers select the best courses for their staff and organizational goals. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with potential clients through engaging and informative conversations. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively. 


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, phone sales, customer service, or enrollment 
  • Or 1-2 years of experience working in an early childhood education center 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively 
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work in a team environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a passion for connecting with people 
  • A results-driven mindset with a desire to succeed in a competitive, rewarding environment 
  • Experience in any early childhood education setting is a plus with an interest in helping educators grow professionally
