Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Talent Acquisition Partner for Campus Recruitment will be responsible for managing and executing the recruitment process for college and university students, building relationships with academic institutions, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build a robust pipeline of interns and full-time employees for entry-level Analyst positions. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in our Corporate Office in Downtown Dallas or our office in Atlanta, GA.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to campus talent acquisition, including organizing job fairs, campus events, and networking sessions. 
  • Identify and engage with students through university career centers, academic programs, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Handshake). 
  • Plan and attend university recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and interviews.  
  • Cultivate relationships with university faculty, career services, student organizations, and other stakeholders to increase the company’s presence on campus. 
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications for internship and full-time roles. 
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, for potential hires. Assess candidates based on academic achievements, skills, and cultural fit. 
  • In conjunction with the Talent Coordinator, schedule super round interview days. 
  • Gather interview feedback and prepare a summary of interview evaluations.  
  • Assist in the onboarding process for hired candidates, including organization of Summer Orientation Program.  
  • Track recruitment activities, analyze data, and provide reports on recruiting efforts, and hiring progress. 
  • Represent the company and promote its values and culture to prospective candidates. Create positive and lasting impressions during campus visits and virtual outreach. 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment or related human resources functions.  
  • Experience engaging with early-career talent strongly preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms. 
  • Organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to travel frequently, particularly during peak campus recruitment seasons (primarily in the fall). 
  • Familiarity with university recruitment platforms (e.g., Handshake, College Recruiter). 
  • Experience in building or managing university partnerships. 
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and how to measure success. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
