What You’ll Be Doing:

Front Desk Operations

Welcome guests with an enthusiastic greeting, making sure they feel the fun and vibrant vibe of Moxy right from the start.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries quickly and efficiently using our hotel management system.

Provide personalized recommendations on local attractions, hotel amenities, and anything else to make their stay unforgettable.

Bartending & Guest Engagement

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, from cocktails to mocktails, all while embodying the playful Moxy style.

Create a lively, upbeat atmosphere at the bar, engaging guests and encouraging them to relax, have fun, and feel at home.

Maintain the cleanliness and stock of the bar area, ensuring everything is ready for smooth service.

Guest Service & Brand Vibe

Be the face of Moxy's energetic, fun-loving brand. Go the extra mile to surprise and delight guests, making sure they leave with great memories.

Collaborate with your teammates across all departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or hotels.

Bartending experience and knowledge of cocktail crafting techniques is preferred but not required!

Positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering top-notch service.

The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, lively environment.

A love for creating fun and engaging experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.

Light work, including lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
