We’re looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Customer Care Associate to join our Pack. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual who can work efficiently while delivering accurate information with care. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for dogs, ensuring every interaction—whether with customers or pups—is handled with empathy and expertise. Your Day to Day 

- Provide timely and professional support to our pup parents by handling incoming customer conversations via phone, SMS, chat, and email. 

- Assist customers with product and subscription questions, account or order issues, and troubleshooting.

- Provide a best-in-show experience correctly resolving customer issues based on our policies and procedures.

- Lead with empathy while maintaining a high level of accuracy in customer interactions, properly documenting them in our CRM.

- Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies.

- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field preferred.

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality.

- Experience with a based subscription business is preferred but not required. 

- Love for dogs is also a huge bonus!

$21/hour

Dogs used to sleep in the backyard and eat kibble; today, 2/3 of dogs in the US sleep in their parents' beds, yet 95% still eat heavily-processed kibble or canned food. Dogs have transformed from pets to family members, but dog food hasn't caught up. Sundays is answering the question: what do you feed the dog who sleeps in your bed?

Our DNA is in veterinary medicine and software design, so we're serious about science, technology, and analytics. Ultimately, we make dog food — so we make sure to take the "food" part very seriously, and the "dog" part with the right amount of fun.
