Due to continuous growth and expansion, Sunlight Group offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Supply Chain Reporting Analyst in the Group SiOP departmentat Sunlight’s Athens premises. The role’s main purpose is to improve efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection, KPI tracking and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the supply chain and exceptional analytics skills. The role requires interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information from different departments analyze them and suggest specific actions, process or system improvements. The role will primarily focus on inventory and demand reporting and analytics.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include

  • Collect, organize and analyze data on supply chain operations (Inventory, Sales/demand, Service, Cost, Quality).
  • Create reporting process and tools to visualize the data analysis using BI.
  • Inventory, cost, service, forecasting and sales reports consolidation and global reports publication.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency and minimize inventories.
  • Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Measure supply chain and inventory performance through KPI monitoring and report to management.
  • Closely work with supply chain counterparts and IT to deliver fit for purpose reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Assist with the implementation of new tools or systems to improve data tracking and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s in Supply Chain, Data Analysis or related fields.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain preferably in Planning or Order fulfillment & Logistics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Greek & English (both verbal & written) is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Proven experience of working with SAP/ERP system.
  • Experience with forecasting tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and problem resolving mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
