Business Development Specialist - Industrial Repair

Western Integrated Technologies (WIT), a SunSource company, is an industry leading fluid power distributor and manufacturer, serving hundreds of customers worldwide. WIT is one of the largest Parker Distributors in North America, providing customers with hydraulic and pneumatic solutions.

As a Repair Business Development Specialist at Western Integrated Technologies, you'll be the driving force behind our industrial repair services in the northwest. Your job is to help us grow and become the go-to repair provider in the area. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in industrial repairs who is also passionate about selling.

• Building relationships with customers and finding new business opportunities
• Working closely with our repair teams to deliver top-notch service
• Using your technical know-how to spot ways we can help customers solve their problems
• Collaborating with other departments to make sure we're giving customers the best possible service
• Increasing our sales by showing customers the value of our repair services

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in industrial equipment, repair processes, and fluid power systems (hydraulic or pneumatic).
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, simplify complex issues, and build strong relationships.
• Proven track record in industrial sales, including writing and executing sales/service proposals (preferred)
• Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to collaborate closely with repair teams.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• Sales training an advantage
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
