Required Education and/or Experience
· Associate or technical degree, or
· 10+ years of logistics, operations, and warehouse experience.
Work Environment
Position is an indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise levels including voices, office equipment, Fork lift horn, tape guns, vehicles and foot traffic sounds. Employee may interact with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments.

Job Summary
Maintains the general shipping, picking, receiving and production duties in day-to-day operations.
Manages and participates in the counting, packaging, and labeling of customer orders. Maintains smooth day-to-day functions of all warehouse operations and ensures the employees are well trained and working efficiently, communicating regularly.
Warehouse Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
· Manages all freight, customs, tariffs, shipments and associated cost and procedures to monitor.
· Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
· Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
· Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
· Ensures procedures for subsidiary warehouse activities are met.
· Oversees and investigates issues for the production team.
· Confers with other departments to ensure warehouse material flow efforts are in conjunction with customer demands and priorities.
· Oversees adjustments in work schedules to ensure production schedules are met.
· Works with Operations Manager to review team members.
· Directs the on-going training and development of warehouse and drivers by monitoring individual performance, providing training directives and performing yearly performance evaluations.
· Responsible for maintaining inventory to ensure optimal efficiency.
· Responsible for managing the Cycle Count process.
· Maintain Warehouse supplies and equipment.
Production Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Plan, implement, and control production schedules.
· Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
· Develop and implement processes to produce and maintain accurate and aggressive production schedules, high quality standards and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
· Determine and manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
· Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification, and procurement.
· Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
· Set and monitor quality standards of products.
· Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
· Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
· Prepare and maintain production reports.
· Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvements.
· Manage production budgets.
· Implement cost control programs.
· Reviews and implements the design, purchase and installation of test equipment required to test finished assemblies.
· Ensures equipment is calibrated and aids in the process.
· Responsible for the development and installation of procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the organization.
· Manages and maintains ISO standards.
· Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including purchasing, distribution, and management.
