About the Role:

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and guidance from day one. You will handle onboarding calls, manage bi-weekly client check-ins, and provide detailed monthly reporting. Your role involves timely responses to client Slack messages, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and managing community communications (including downsell offers). You will be instrumental in strengthening client relationships and ensuring they achieve success with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Setup:
    • Conduct onboarding calls and oversee all associated setup steps to ensure a smooth start for new clients.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Lead bi-weekly calls with clients to address needs, share insights, and maintain strong relationships.
    • Respond to client Slack messages promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
    • Prepare and deliver monthly reports that showcase results, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Proactively message relevant team members in Slack channels to address client issues or escalate concerns.
  • Community Management:
    • Manage community messages, including handling downsell offers, to ensure clients feel supported and valued.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills:
    • Extremely fluent in English with clear, articulate speech—face-to-face communication is a key component of this role.
  • Organized & Available:
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client interactions throughout the day.
    • Availability during most of the day is required; preference is given to candidates in the Western Hemisphere to align with our time zones and ensure timely Slack communication.
  • Growth & Learning Attitude:
    • Quick to learn and adaptable; we will provide training to help you excel in our dynamic environment.
    • A strong attitude toward learning and personal growth is essential—our previous successful CSMs have excelled by actively engaging in roleplays and handling challenging client scenarios.
  • Interpersonal & Presentation Skills:
    • Charming, likable, and professional with a presentable on-camera presence, as you may be involved in face-to-face client interactions and video interviews.
    • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism; you may be assessed through roleplayed scenarios that simulate real client challenges.
