Senior Data Analyst

This team comprises experts who specialize in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data, as well as building predictive models using machine learning algorithms. The Data team also takes pride in creating robust ETLs and dashboards that allow other teams to monitor, plan, and achieve their goals effectively.

• Drive the data and insight initiatives for our existing users;
• Build exceptionally intuitive, informative, and elegant dashboards;
• Proactively consult business unit managers on the best ways to answer their questions with data;
• Contribute to designing data structures for reporting activities;
• Drill down into the data to find specific insights and recommendations for the management;
• Compare and analyze our performance to the competition;
• Execute various ad-hoc data analysis tasks;
• Attention to detail, drive to improve data quality and proactively introduce best practices is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in analytical role ideally related to customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, churn);
• Excellent and proven SQL skills;
• Experience in working with visualization software (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Grafana, etc.);
• Track record in the fields of e-commerce, SaaS or digital marketing is a plus;
• Understanding or willingness to learn customer communication tools (Iterable, Braze, Clavertap, etc.)  is a plus;
• Experience in evaluating campaign performance  is a plus;
• Experience with DBT is very welcomed;
• Working with python and jupyter notebooks is a plus;
• Experience in creating and analysing customer journeys is a plus.
