Swank Motion Pictures is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to support or digital marketing efforts, content management and online presence. This role will blend marketing and data management expertise to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, accurate content representation across platforms and enhanced discoverability of our offerings. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, be passionate about digital trends, and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Data & Content Management:
- Verify and manage metadata for all movie and television content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with studio guidelines across markets on the Swank website.
- Resize and optimize studio-approved artwork for various platforms, including the website, social media and promotional materials.
- Maintain and tag content across genres, themes and markets to ensure discoverability across platforms and relevance for customers.
- Troubleshoot data issues and address ad hoc content requests.
Organic Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights to enhance strategies.
Landing Page Development & Maintenance:
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling and optimized landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Paid Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments for optimization
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, sales and studio relations teams to ensure accurate content representation and effective campaign execution.
- Support marketing team initiatives such as webinars, product launches, and events.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, preparing reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Regularly review platforms for errors or missing information and implement corrective actions.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Familiarity with content management systems and metadata tagging.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Photoshop).
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, IT or a related field.
Organizational Relationships
Reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Works closely with all members of the marketing, design and production team. Regularly interfaces with various sales departments to achieve objectives.
