Sales Assistant

Sweetgum Labs Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team dedicated to innovative approaches in financial planning and environmental sustainability. At Sweetgum Labs, we prioritize building strong, client-centric partnerships by listening carefully to our clients' needs and educating them on best practices for successful financial planning. The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records
• Prepare sales presentations and materials for client virtual meetings
• Coordinate schedules for client appointments and outreach efforts
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation
• Support marketing efforts by participating in campaigns and outreach initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to client service and ethical standards
