Information Management Analyst - Data Protection and Privacy

About the role:

As the Information Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our customer's information management team, fostering collaboration and delivering top-tier IM services tailored to various business functions. You will work as a focal point for the project alongside the Risk and Assurance team. You will have technical expertise to enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes, whilst enhancing existing services. Your efforts in supporting the creation and application of strategies for better information governance and data quality will be important in improving service delivery and helping the organisation make informed decisions.

As the Information Management Analyst, you will:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of digital information management solutions and best practices.

• Collaborate with business units to assess information needs and deliver improvement opportunities to enhance data protection
• Drive business process and procedures, focusing on information flow efficiency, document retention, and data loss prevention. Govern access to information stores, analyzing security access requests and maintaining folder structure.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of policies and processes within corporate management systems.
• Coordinate solution deployment and adoption.
• Focus on review of personal data held on systems in accordance with GDPR policies
• Inbox monitoring and organization

• Information Management experience
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards (desirable)
• Experience in stakeholder engagement at varying levels of an organisation.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and rolling out IM best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Well-developed skills across the Microsoft suite, accustomed to measuring, reporting, and presenting information.
• Experience working with sensitive information types within GDPR boundaries
