Algorithms Team:

Our Algorithms team is a versatile Software Engineering team. They build production-ready software for complex problems that require technical and innovative solutions.The team combines:

- software engineering ability;

- technical expertise and versatility;

- product and clinical awareness.

The largest example of their work is the motion tracking and motion analysis engine that enables our AI Care Specialist to guide our members during their exercise sessions, providing a human-like Physical Therapy experience.

• Define and perform manual tests thereby ensuring product quality;
• Identify defects and track issues through resolution;
• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures;
• Be an active participant in all parts of the software development process, cross-functionally, making sure testing “shifts left”;
• Conduct investigations by analyzing logs and using internal support tools;
• Document functional requirements, test results, team processes and tutorials;
• Proactively and clearly report status and quality risks to stakeholders;
• Support Product Operations tasks such as configuring devices, conducting pilot/testing sessions with users, etc.

• A technical background, preferably Engineering OR Minimum 2 years experience in working in a Software Development team (in any role);
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Portuguese and English);
• Ability to interpret and analyze data of different types;
• Ability to interpret and write functional requirements;
• Great time management and organizational skills;
• Proactive attitude, critical thinking.

• Solid knowledge of software testing, testing tools and version control;
• Basic knowledge of Python (or scripting in other languages).
