We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive strategic projects, from ideation to launch, as part of the Clinical Operations team. This person will play a critical role in helping solve business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic transformation. They will work closely with stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Psychiatrists, Finance, Product, and Compliance to analyze data, develop insights, and recommend actionable solutions. In addition, they will tackle both new and existing opportunities for automation, enabling our teams to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will strike the balance between analytics and business operations to help Clinical Operations achieve performance goals and scalability as the business grows.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking an Automation Specialist to optimize our operations and drive efficiency in critical workflows.
You will:- Analytics & Insights:
- Leverage our existing data infrastructure to develop true business intelligence for our Operations and Clinical leaders
- Develop presentation materials to cross-functional leadership on program performance
- Analyze business data and financial reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Utilize Excel and data visualization tools (such as Omni) to present findings effectively.
- Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
- Documentation of technical requirements, troubleshooting guides, and processes
- Problem Solving & Project Management:
- Create insights into our business and develop tangible recommendations on how to address growth, costs, and clinician experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Develop business cases, process models, and feasibility analyses.
- Prepare deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Support change management initiatives and implementation roadmaps.
- Process Improvement:
- Enhance our operational performance by diving deep into business opportunities, defining impact, and launching solutions (tools, analyses)
- Assess current business processes and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support development of standardized workflows that facilitate smooth hand-offs between teams, improve data accuracy, and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Document necessary process maps, requirements, and troubleshooting guides.
- Find creative no-tech solutions to data needs, and build a business case for data-based product requests when required
- Leverage various automation tools (e.g. Jupyter) to optimize workflows
You have:- 3-5 years of operations management experience, healthcare preferred
- 3+ years of business analytics experience with focus on using data to optimize operational performance
- Fluency in SQL and either Python or R
- Deep understanding of analytics best practices, including documentation of technical requirements, technical limitations, and data mapping
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and solicit feedback
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights
- Experience working with BI tools, such as Omni
- Comfort managing both long-term, strategic projects and ad hoc, urgent requests
- 2+ YOE at an established tech company
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to come to our NYC office for in-person meetings once/week

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
Compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
