As the Longevity Program Manager at Tall Tree, you’ll drive an innovative, high-impact program focused on precision health, performance optimization, health behaviour change and exceptional patient care. You’ll be responsible for building, refining, and scaling the program, collaborating with top-tier clinicians and specialists. Your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes, engagement, and long-term program success.
If you're an operations-savvy leader who loves longevity science, program development, and creating unforgettable patient experiences, this is your chance to shape a best-in-class longevity program.
As our Longevity Program Manager, you'll be focused on:
- Longevity Team Leadership: Foster a high-functioning, collaborative, and motivated clinical team that is aligned with program goals. Address recruitment and staffing needs, ensuring we have the right mix of physicians, strength and conditioning specialists, testing services, and other key providers.
- Program development: design and implement new programming and protocols, improve existing programming, bring new evidence into practice and keep on the cutting edge. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to promote and scale the program.
- Quality & Performance: Set and uphold high standards in patient care, service quality, and operational efficiency. Ensure all aspects of the program meet our goals for quality, revenue, and profitability.
- Patient Outcomes: Track and evaluate patient progress to ensure clients achieve their goals, optimizing program interventions as needed.
- Growth & Sustainability: Drive sustainable program growth. Implement strategies to increase patient engagement, retention, and overall program impact. Support marketing external and internal initiatives, such as our program newsletter and promotion.
- Client Coaching, Retention & Engagement: Work alongside our Longevity Physicians to provide expert health coaching and behavior change strategies. Conduct lifestyle assessments (nutrition, sleep, stress, etc.) and collaborate on patient plan development, integrating both medical insights and lifestyle interventions.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the administrative team responsible for longevity program operations, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
We're looking for
- A natural leader. You have 2+ years of experience leading a team or managing healthcare operations, and you know how to build a high-performance, mission-driven culture that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care.
- An obsession with longevity medicine. You live for the latest research in preventive health, performance optimization, and personalized medicine. You understand the key principles of longevity and are excited to apply them in a real-world setting.
- A background in healthcare: This is a great role for a clinician who is looking for an opportunity to step into a leadership role. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree is a plus, but what really matters is your ability to think strategically, clinically, manage complex programs, and bring a growth mindset to everything you do.
- A background as a clinician or coach: In this role you will also be coaching individuals using behavior change techniques like motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral strategies, or have developed personalized health plans that integrate nutrition, sleep optimization, exercise, and stress management.
- Experience in business, marketing and sales would be an asset: you’ll support the growth of the program, so knowing how to market, sell and run a successful project or enterprise is highly valuable.
- A growth mindset: You’re not just comfortable with program growth—you thrive on it. You’re constantly looking for ways to scale, refine, and improve processes to reach more patients and drive better outcomes.
- A stellar communicator and collaborator. Whether you’re leading a team meeting, working with clinicians, or writing program updates, you communicate with clarity and confidence. You know how to bring people together and keep things running smoothly.
- A passion for learning and continuous improvement. You love exploring new ideas, testing new strategies, and refining what works. You bring curiosity, adaptability, and a hunger for excellence to everything you do.
- A love for teaching and mentoring. You get a thrill from sharing knowledge, coaching your team, and helping others succeed.
- A mix of humility and drive. You’re confident in your skills, but you’re also a lifelong learner who values collaboration and feedback. You know that the best results come from staying curious, open-minded, and always striving for better.
- Rest and re-charge - We offer generous paid vacation time, giving you the flexibility to fully disconnect, rest, and re-energize. Whether you want to explore new places, spend quality time with loved ones, or simply relax and pursue your hobbies, we believe taking time off is essential for well-being.
