In this role, you’ll become a crucial support to our top executives, including the President and senior members of our Research and Development team. Here, you’ll shine as you manage calendars, plan meetings, and coordinate travel with stellar precision. Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure our leaders can focus on advancing our incredible mission of precision medicine in cancer treatment. With at least eight years of experience, especially in a fast-paced biotech environment, you'll be adept at handling multiple priorities and exercising discretion with confidential information. This position is all about partnership—working closely with executives to prepare slides for Board meetings and supporting new hires through onboarding. You’ll also oversee a small team, channeling your leadership skills to boost efficiency and foster collaboration.
