Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-driven and relationship-savvy Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will act as both the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, and as a project manager ensuring deliverables are met on time, on brief, and on budget. Your experience with branding and packaging projects will help keep complex timelines on track and clients feeling confident and supported throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across branding, packaging, and other creative projects.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their goals, industries, and internal dynamics.
- Lead client communications including presentations, status updates, approvals, and strategic discussions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value, anticipate challenges, and expand client relationships.
Project Management
- Create and manage detailed project timelines, scopes, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, design, motion, and production to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all assets and presentations.
- Own project management, tracking and reporting.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with creative leads to ensure alignment on creative direction, feasibility, and client expectations.
- Support strategy and creative teams with relevant insights and information during all project stages.
- Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and client onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in an account/project management role within a creative, branding, or design agency.
- Proven experience managing branding and packaging projects from kickoff to delivery for CPG, lifestyle, or food/beverage brands.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage several clients and timelines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable leading meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Basecamp, ClickUp) and workflows.
- Understanding of creative processes, file types, production timelines (print and digital), and experience working with printers/vendors.
- Positive, calm, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of brand strategy and marketing best practices.
