Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential properties for wholesale opportunities through networking, direct marketing, and lead generation methods.
- Build strong relationships with sellers, real estate agents, and investors to facilitate smooth negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to determine appropriate pricing and property evaluations.
- Draft offers and contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate closings and ensure timely transactions while guiding sellers through the process.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential wholesale deals and conduct follow-ups to foster deal closures.
- Stay current on market trends, property values, and regulations affecting wholesale real estate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale real estate or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
- Must possess a valid real estate license (if required) and have reliable transportation.
Compensation
(This is a 1099 contract role)
Base up to 3k for first 30 days (base will be eliminated after 30 days)
Commission up to 10% of profit (no cap on earning potential)
**Role is open to remote in EST time zone but strongly preferred NY residents
