The Role: Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Broker with a proven track record in commercial real estate. This is an opportunity for an established professional looking to leverage an experienced support team, access enhanced deal resources, and accelerate their earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and close commercial real estate transactions
  • Maintain and grow a strong client portfolio through business development and relationship management
  • Provide strategic advisory services for landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors
  • Leverage market research and financial analysis to structure deals effectively
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop brokerage strategies and growth initiatives
  • Mentor and guide junior brokers as needed
