Sales Representative - Property Management Staffing Solutions

Job Summary:

TeamUp is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative with a strong background in the property management industry to join our dynamic team. This remote role is designed for a self-motivated professional who can leverage their existing industry connections to promote our offshore staffing solutions for property management roles. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business while networking and connecting with property management companies across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Leverage existing property management connections to generate leads and secure new clients.
    • Proactively reach out to property management companies to introduce TeamUp's offshore staffing solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by closing deals and onboarding clients.
    • Build a sustainable book of business through consistent networking and follow-ups.
  • Networking and Event Participation:
    • Represent TeamUp at industry tradeshows, events, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Travel as needed to attend meetings, events, and client presentations.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with the right offshore talent.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and approaches.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the property management industry, with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional social and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Understanding of property management operations and staffing needs is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
