Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:

  • Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support business units in developing metrics and KPIs to measure performance.
  • Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies across the organization.
• Data Management:
  • Maintain and optimize existing data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and security in all analytical processes.
  • Facilitate data migration and integration projects as necessary.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics.
  • Suggest enhancements to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
• Previous experience in a technology-focused company is a plus.
