Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Business Development professional to join our growing team in Chicago, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

  • Proactively prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' business challenges and goals
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients
