We are in search of a passionate, energetic sales professional with experience in the hardscape/landscape industry to be our Hardscape Consultant based in the Montreal East, Mascouche & L'Assomption.

Job Description

    • Service & support your territory's retail distribution centers giving them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor.
    • Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices.
    • Develop new markets and maintain relationships with existing customers;
    • Ensure Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
    • Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader for consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service.
    • Promote the services and products of the company to the clientele responsible of residential landscaping projects while supporting the commercial team.
    • Capture good opportunities, negotiating business deals and meeting the needs of business customers;
    • Collaborate in the development of the business development plan by analyzing customer needs to maximize sales;
    • Identify, prepare and participate in promotional events;
    • Conduct strategic intelligence of the competition.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales;
    • Diligent, organized, and dedicated to the pursuit of a great customer experience;
    • Bilingual – Fluent in French and English. (English is required to serve our clients outside Québec);
    • Excellent negotiation skills;
    • Ability to manage projects with rigor;
    • Teamwork and interpersonal skills;
    • Autonomy, proactivity, organization and problem solving;
    • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite);
    • Valid driver's license.

    The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience, education, and certifications.
