Enhanced Designated Engineer (EDE) – Dynamics & Power Platform

About the role:

We are looking for an Enhanced Designated Engineer (EDE) with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to join our team. This role involves working closely with enterprise clients to maximize the value of their Microsoft technology investments, enhance system stability, and provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

The EDE will act as a technical advisor and solution architect, helping organizations to design, implement, and optimize their business processes using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solutions. The role also involves knowledge transfer, proactive risk assessment, and ongoing support to ensure seamless adoption and success.

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, offering technical expertise and strategic guidance on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Provide deep technical insights, solution designs, and architecture recommendations to improve system performance and business efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations) and Power Platform components.
• Develop low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business workflows.
• Work with Azure services, SQL Server, Active Directory, ADFS, and APIs to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee cloud/on-premises deployments, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Conduct training and mentoring for IT teams and end-users, fostering self-sufficiency and technical expertise.
• Identify recurring technical challenges and provide proactive solutions to prevent future issues.
• Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and internal teams to report and resolve product bugs.
• Stay updated on latest Microsoft technologies, updates, and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and/or Finance & Operations (ERP).
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse (CDS).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Azure services, Active Directory, and ADFS configurations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting for enterprise clients.
