In this role, you will lead and execute Ten’s internal communications strategy globally. You will ensure that key business updates and initiatives are communicated effectively, fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and collaboration.
You will partner closely with the People Operations team and Ten’s leadership, including ExCo, to develop and deliver compelling communications that reflect our brand, culture, and business priorities. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence—as well as an ability to adapt communications to our diverse global workforce.
Key Responsibilities

- Internal Communication Execution
- Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging internal communications based on input from business stakeholders.
- Apply branding and design elements to updates using tools such as MailChimp, Canva, or similar.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and innovation in communications.
- Manage the scheduling and distribution of updates to targeted employee groups via appropriate channels.
- Coordinate translations for global communication updates to ensure accessibility across all markets.
- Oversee the upload and organization of video content on Ten Learning Online.
- Collaborate with the video and design teams to create compelling multimedia content for internal use.
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, to the level of ExCo, supporting their internal communication needs.
- Develop and maintain a monthly internal communication plan, ensuring key updates are scheduled and executed effectively.
- Present updates on communication campaigns and progress in leadership meetings.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of major business updates, including Town Halls and leadership communications.
- Strategic Development & Execution
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the ExCo team to brainstorm strategic communication initiatives.
- Drive the execution of internal communication strategies and campaigns that support business objectives.
- Data & Systems Management
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and pulse surveys, using insights to shape communication strategies.
- Maintain the People at Ten SharePoint site, ensuring all content is current and relevant.
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously refine approaches.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messaging.
- Strategic thinker who can align communication efforts with business goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills to engage with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels.
- Cultural awareness and a global mindset, ensuring communications resonate across different languages and regions.
- Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology and digital tools, including AI-driven content tools, email marketing platforms, and video editing tools.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to measure the effectiveness of communications.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust strategies and messages based on business needs.
- Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communications, HR, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and internal comms platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Canva, or similar).
- High school/secondary school qualification in English and (or equivalent).
Guidelines for Hybrid Work :
- Located in São Paulo
- At least 2x a week in the office
- A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
- Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
