A Sr Customer Service Representative job is available with the City of Fort Worth Property Management Department within its Fleet Division. The Fleet Division is the “glue” which keeps the City equipment and vehicles in a mechanically sound state and safe for all employees and residents.  The Division seeks the best leaders to continue our tradition of being an award-winning fleet!  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED in a related field
  • Three (3) years of directly related customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the automotive industry
  • Preference may be given to applicants who are knowledgeable with the Fleet Repair Management Software Program and FASTER.
  • Preference may be given to applicants who provide satisfactory competence in equipment and vehicle maintenance and repair.

Sr. Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:

  • Serve as technical liaison between Fleet Crew Leaders and Vendors
  • Perform work order quality controls that are more complex and difficult to address
  • Technical advisor to other CSR’s in Fleet Division
  • Leads, plans, reviews and participates in all customer service needs
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and maintain a positive customer service outlook
  • Provide support and guidance to Fleet supervisors and management staff
