The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is inviting professionals from all industries to volunteer as mentors in our Mentorship for Ukraine Program. Your knowledge and experience can help a Ukrainian professional gain clarity, confidence, and career direction, empowering them to take meaningful steps toward employment.
Your Role as a Mentor:
- Provide career guidance and professional insights based on your area of expertise.
- Help mentees with resume preparation, interview strategies, and job search techniques.
- Offer advice on professional networking, skill-building, and industry expectations.
