Inside Sales Coordinator

We’re Hiring! Inside Sales Coordinator at TEC. Be the driving force behind our customer connections. In this role, you’ll serve as the critical link between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring every opportunity is maximized through prompt, personable, and strategic engagement. Your ability to make a strong first impression—by responding quickly, professionally, and with genuine care—will set the stage for long-term customer relationships. As an Inside Sales Coordinator you'll
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads, setting the hook and transitioning them to the sales team.
  • Track and monitor leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups and successful conversions.
  • Manage CRM data entry, ensuring all customer details, job requests, and service updates are accurate and timely.
  • Schedule sales appointments and support project managers in coordinating next steps.
  • Collaborate across teams, including sales, operations, and tech, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including candidate review and outreach, ensuring timely communication.


What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in sales enablement, customer service, or a related field with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • A proactive and professional approach, always putting the customer first.


What to expect:
  • Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Occasionally, evenings and weekends may be required.

$45,000 - $75,000 a year
*Salary rate dependent on experience
*Potential to earn addition commissions on closed sales
