Client Service Coordinator

The Flood Law Firm is looking for an administrative professional who will be responsible for giving the first impression of the firm, along with a broad variety of administrative tasks ranging from scanning, faxing, and organizing documents, and filing basic documents, with a heavy focus on answering client phone calls and greeting clients. This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

• Previous administrative experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Must be very comfortable with technology and communicating with clients on the phone.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision balanced with the ability to work well in a professional team/corporate office environment.

Salary: $21-$24 Hourly
