The House of Mercier is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team remotely from Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have a keen interest in working for a luxury brand. In this role, you will assist our clients by answering inquiries and addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless customer experience, ensuring that our Dutch-speaking clientele receive the high standards of service they expect. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and account information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive outcome for the client.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets while contributing to the overall success of the department.
  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a remote setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport and connect with customers.
  • A passion for luxury products and an understanding of the luxury market.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.
