Responsibilities

  • Assist American Express cardholders through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat) by addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding account details, transactions, and services offered by American Express.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to ensure quality assurance and identify trends for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your knowledge of American Express products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service efficiency.
  • No previous experience in customer service is required; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized service.
  • Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
