Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support related to BMW Group products and services via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Offer accurate information regarding vehicle features, specifications, maintenance, and other inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure a satisfying resolution.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously to contribute to service quality and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance the overall customer service experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the automotive or luxury sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A passion for BMW and an understanding of the automotive industry and luxury market.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging customer interactions professionally.
  • Proficient in the use of customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
