Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding account management, transaction details, and company policies.
  • Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
  • Participate in training programs to further develop your skills and understanding of financial services.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • No prior experience in customer service is required, but previous experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service software effectively.
