Responsibilities

• Address guests' issues and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfying resolution.
• Assist with managing bookings and adjustments as needed to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and hotel staff to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on Hilton Hotels' offerings and service standards.

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or hotel sector, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with guests.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
